  1. The investment-linked funds are available under Aviva Global Savings Account and Aviva Global Investment Account ("Plans"). These Plans are insurance contracts issued by Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited ("Aviva") and your investments are subject to the credit risk of Aviva. Aviva Global Savings Account is not nor should it be treated as a bank savings account and it is not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme.
  2. You are not investing into the underlying funds and do not have the ownership rights of the underlying funds or their assets. Your policy value is calculated with reference to the fluctuations of the performances of the investment-linked funds.
  3. Return on investment under both Plans will be subject to the charges of the Plans and may be lower than the return of the underlying funds.
  4. Should investors terminate these plans early, they may suffer a substantial loss in their investments, premiums paid and bonus awarded.
  5. Should investors make partial withdrawal under the Aviva Global Investment Account, they may suffer a loss in their investments, premiums paid and bonus awarded.
  6. Should investors make partial withdrawal under Aviva Global Savings Account, they may suffer a loss in their investments and premiums paid.
  7. Should investors take premium holiday under Aviva Global Savings Account, they may suffer a loss in their investment, premiums paid and bonus awarded.
  8. Should investors reduce their original regular premium under Aviva Global Savings Account, they may suffer a loss in their bonus awarded.
